We don't collect your data. Everything stays on your phone.

What Data We Collect

None. Closeloop stores all your loops, actions, and app data locally on your device. We have no servers that receive or store your personal information.

What Data We Don't Collect

• Your loops and tasks
• Your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• Your location
• Your contacts
• Analytics or usage data
• Device information
• Anything else

No Accounts Required

Closeloop does not require you to create an account. There's no sign-up, no login, no email collection.

No Tracking

We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party services that monitor your behaviour. We have no idea how you use the app - and we like it that way.

No Cookies

The Closeloop website and app do not use cookies.

Apple App Store

If you purchase a Pro subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we do not receive your payment details, name, or Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.

Your Data Stays Yours

Because your data is stored only on your device:

• We cannot access, view, or retrieve your data.
• We cannot recover your data if you delete the app or lose your device.
• If you want to back up your data, use your device's built-in backup features (e.g., iCloud backup for iOS).

Children's Privacy

Closeloop does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing to collect from children either.

Changes to This Policy

If our approach to privacy changes (for example, if we add cloud sync in the future), we will update this policy and notify users through the App. We will always be transparent about what data we collect and why.
